Seeing your GP - Important Notice
We operate a telephone triage service. To book an appointment, please phone us at 0131-3703999 between 08:30 - 18:00 and our trained medical receptionist team will signpost your query to the appropriate medical professional. Once you have phoned the surgery and made an appointment, a member of our clinical team will phone you back to discuss your concerns. if you need to be seen in person, you will be offered a further appointment to come to the surgery.

Prescriptions should be ordered by email to email@example.com and please note that we need five working days notice to turnaround your repeat requests and seven working days for new prescriptions. Therefore, where possible, please make sure you order your prescription in plenty of time. Include your forename and surname, date of birth, the full name of the medication you require, plus your preferred pharmacy where your prescription will be sent to. If you do not nominate a local pharmacy, your prescription will be available for collection at the surgery.
The health centre was completed in May 2005 and is fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act. It is a two-storey building with a lift, widened doorways, automatic front doors and disabled toilets.

Minor Ailment Service
Please be aware that the community pharmacy Minor Ailment Service has now been extended to allow anyone registered with a GP practice, who has a minor illness or a common condition, to speak to a member of the pharmacy team for advice and treatment without the need to see a GP. You can now access a number of services online. Ordering a repeat prescription or sending us your comments are both just a click away. And if you are not yet registered with us you can download the necessary forms here too.
We also have a text reminder service. If you wish us to send text reminders, or invite you in for screening (e.g. seasonal flu vaccination) please tell a member of the reception team and provide us with your mobile phone number to take advantage of this service. You can opt out of this service at any time.
